Hardware and Equipment
GPS tracking hardware and video telematics devices provided by Pure Connect GPS remain the property of Pure Connect GPS unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. You are responsible for proper installation, use, and care of all hardware devices.
Data and Privacy
Fleet data collected through our services is owned by the subscribing business. Pure Connect GPS processes this data solely to provide the contracted services. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
Limitation of Liability
Pure Connect GPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of our services.
